Anthony Lanni
President
Anthony Lanni is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of Parkbridge and QuadReal’s Canadian residential, resort and seniors housing portfolios, including responsibility for the sector’s integrated investment management, service excellence and property management functional areas. With demonstrated leadership in team building and all facets of the Canadian residential landscape, Anthony brings a deep understanding of the expectations of residents and guests to the Parkbridge team. Prior to joining QuadReal in 2017 Anthony was with Bentall Kennedy, where he led multi-family asset management activities in Canada. On joining QuadReal, Anthony became Executive Vice President, Residential and assumed overall leadership of QuadReal’s multi-family portfolio. Previously, he was a partner with a Canadian development company with responsibility for the firm’s investment and development programs. Earlier, Anthony worked in corporate finance in both New York and Toronto with a global financial institution. Anthony holds a Master’s of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate & Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor’s Degree of Environmental Studies from York University, and is a Professional Land Economist.
Dean Holmes
Executive Vice President at Parkbridge
Dean Holmes is responsible for the combined operations and performance of Parkbridge and QuadReal’s Canadian residential, resort, and senior housing portfolios by providing leadership to the teams and instilling a strong resident and guest service focus. Before joining QuadReal in 2018, Dean was formerly the Senior Vice President of Operations with Campus Apartments where he oversaw operations for the firm’s national student housing portfolio. On joining QuadReal, Dean became Senior Vice President of Residential Operations. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer with Equus Capital Partners/Madison Apartment Group and a Division Vice President with Berkshire Property Advisors. Dean holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from the University of Maryland and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is a Certified Property Manager Candidate and a member of the Multifamily Advisory Board for TransUnion and the National Multi Housing Council.
Maud Chaudhary
Chief Investment Officer
Maud is a creative, thorough, and motivated executive with close to 20 years of real estate experience in investment management across multiple geographies. With extensive institutional investment experience, Maud joined the executive team in January 2020 to lead Parkbridge’s development, asset management, and acquisitions teams. Maud was one of QuadReal’s top investment leaders as Vice President, International Real Estate Americas and has also held senior leadership positions with Dream Office REIT, Oxford Properties Group and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an Honours Bachelor of Economics and Business from York University.
James Stevens
Senior Vice President, Residential Finance
James Stevens is responsible for the combined financial performance of the residential portfolios across Parkbridge and QuadReal. With a deep understanding of corporate finance and property accounting, James brings close to 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining QuadReal in 2017, James was Vice President, Financial Real Estate Services East at Bentall Kennedy and worked a number of years for a nationally recognized law firm in Canada. James graduated from the business school program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant).
Lachlan MacLean
Senior Vice President, Property Operations
Lachlan is an accomplished real estate business leader with extensive experience in multi-property operations, yield management, business development, and acquisitions in both Australia and Canada. Prior to joining Parkbridge, Lachlan worked as the General Manager for Wilson Parking, Australia's largest parking operator, as the CEO of d'Albora Marinas (a division of Macquarie Leisure Trust), and Vice President, Marina Operations for WAM Development Group. Lachlan has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Western Ontario's Urban Development program.
Eric Malcolmson
Senior Vice President, Development
Eric joined Parkbridge as Senior Vice President of Development in April 2019 and leads the national Development team, which is focused on land acquisitions, development planning, infrastructure, residential construction, and capital expenditures. With over 25 years leading hospitality, residential, real estate investment, asset management, and greenfield development projects ranging between $15 million to $250 million throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally, Eric brings a broad range of experience and versatility to achieve the growth plans of Parkbridge. Prior to joining Parkbridge he acted as board director and provided advisory services to a range of hospitality real estate companies, and held senior roles at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Colliers International.
Andrew Rozycki
Vice President, Investment Management
Andrew has a long-standing history with Parkbridge and the land lease industry. He is extremely passionate about land lease's value proposition and is responsible for leading a team dedicated to driving the performance and growth of the portfolio through real estate investment, strategy development, and portfolio management activities. Since 2009, Andrew played an instrumental role in over $500 million of commercial real estate transactions completed by Parkbridge and the establishment of the company's Asset Management function.
Dean Campbell
Vice President, Construction & Design
Dean is a passionate and enthusiastic homebuilder with over 30 years of experience in condominium high-rise and wood-frame homebuilding. He has held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Housing for Excel Homes in Calgary, Edmonton and Victoria. Prior to that, Dean was Vice President of Operations for Losani Homes in Hamilton and Vice President of Construction for Mattamy Homes in Ottawa and Calgary. Dean and his teams have been awarded numerous awards, including JD Power and Associates in Ottawa, Consumer Choice awards in Hamilton and AVID Western Canada. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Economics and remains committed to ongoing learning.
Jeff Marshall
Vice President, Development
Jeff is responsible for leading the planning and execution of Parkbridge's land development projects. Working closely with the SVP of Development, he is involved in many aspects throughout the acquisition and development phases, collaborating with internal Acquisitions, Construction and Finance teams. Jeff has over 20 years of wide-ranging real estate development experience in both Canada and the United States. Prior to joining Parkbridge, Jeff worked for a respected real estate development company in Toronto as well as a reputable Southeast Florida developer, where he focused on residential, mixed use and commercial projects. Jeff also worked for one of Canada's largest retailers and was responsible for the planning and development activities for greenfield store locations across the country. Jeff graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Degree in Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Planning.
Kristen Wilkinson
Vice President, Brand
Kristen joined Parkbridge in 2018 as the Director, Customer Experience, bringing twenty years of industry expertise in strategy, marketing and sales of world-class real estate projects. She has worked for several award-winning real estate developers including Intrawest Resorts and Qualico Communities, leading sales, marketing and customer experience teams. Kristen is proud to sit on the Board of The Blue Mountains Attainable Housing Corporation. Kristen has a Bachelors degree in International Development, an Interactive Leadership Designation, Professional Selling & Sales Management Certificates and a Performance Management Certification from Mount Royal University.
